Well, it did not start as you think it did!

This.. is the true story of this School.
WELCOME!
There was a couple who was happy to have just acquired a piece of land at an auction sometime in February 2005....

At the time, he was the only guy who showed up....by the time he realized...
They owned a piece of Antigua!
Next thing you know, they had this BIG plan to build a school and started to work on the perfect location on the property.....
It was clear very early on, that neither of them would ever win that one.
Reality sank in very quickly...
They did not have the money to build it....
So they decided that they would build a small Youth & Community Centre and both do something to compliment each other.
She would become the Director
He would become,
Bob the Builder
The only problem...
He was not a builder!!!
Who could they contact that would share the idea, have the vision and build it without getting paid ???






They were sure of only one person who would....
One phone call later...
One quick visit at home later and the deal was struck.
So let’s introduce the parties...
Mrs. Joann Boulos-Callias....The Director...
also known as “The Boss”
The Husband...
also known as...
”Bob the builder”
A very unassuming man, but a man of Honesty and Integrity. A hard working soul who cares deeply for his work.
Some people call him Ricky, some others call him Goulou but his real name is:
Richard Anthony Harve of Competent Builders Construction.

And the only True
“Bob the Builder”
And it began...one block at a time!


One rafter at a time......
Some days they worked real hard....
Seriously....real hard!
7 days a week, sometimes 10 hours a day....
And some days they even had....
Fashion Shows...
But it took shape...
Their idea wanted to fly...and it grew some wings...
On both sides.... They were now flying!
Then some of you guys started to call them everyday...
And ask them;
When would the school open?
You came from everywhere
one Friday in January 2007.

They told you......We can build it but not alone!
You said...we can help!

They told you...Put your money where your mouth is..
You did!
$700,000.00 to start with and 15 months later...
From their idea to HER DREAM!

Together building the BIG SCHOOL as originally dreamed
by her so many times and for so long.....

We surprised more than one...they are still in awe!

The rest....well!
The rest ...is History!
The dream is completed....
But a lot more work is left to be done...
They are ready when you are!

Cafeteria!!
Music & Art Centre!!
Gymnasium!!
Vocational Wing!!

But for now....
Over 17,000 Sqf of Physical space
10 Classrooms.....
1 Computer Lab.......
1 Science Lab........
1 Library........
1 Assembly Hall........
1 Administration......
3 Sets of Bathrooms
Wheelchair Accessible
The Best Educator in the land....
and still known as “The Boss”
The Legacy has begun..............
